    Trespass from the sound of it. People taking photos of the interior of your house uninvited is quite threatening.

    You need to write ASAP to 1 of the financial journalists. All the newspapers have them.

    And lodge an official complaint with them.
    No point in that unless you've exhausted the HA complaints process, doesn't sound as if a complaint has been made at all
