You can get 4G CCTV cameras that are rechargeable battery powered (which can also be connected to a small solar panel).
They're not particularly cheap but the are available:

Or you just put a new secure box back where the old one was situated.  Talk about a storm in a teacup. There are things going on in this world that are for those of us here, quite unfathomable.  

There are a couple of solutions here but the OP seems intent on ignoring them all.

Get a grip.
