Eastern Airways Flight Cancellations

Not sure whether anyone has flights booked with Eastern Airways - but they have just cancelled a number of routes - one of which impacts me - as far as I can tell there is nothing on their website about this.
They sent me an email, with a WORD attachment, which my email account thought was junk - pure luck I spotted it on my weekly trawl through my junk folder!
Anyway they have cancelled Nantes to Southampton - so I need to ask for a refund - wait upto 28 days to get the money back!
So if anyone has flights with Eastern Airways, I would check your junk folder or go online & see whether the flight is still available.
