Canada Square had the details on their site as to which era they had and who Barclays had, you might be able to get it from there

two hours on the phone to Barclays, holding most of the time, didn’t get very far, they tried to help, but no info!
think I will write to Canada Square Operations instead🙃

I have sent a letter to Canada Operations asking if they have a complaint open or closed. I sent them a copy of what JPS Financial sent me as well.
Whilst Waiting for their response I am receiving further letters from JPS asking me to sign a Letter of Authority.
Do I wait for For a response to my letter or just sign the LOA and hope 🙏they don’t charge me the £516 they are chasing me for ?🙄  Just stressing me 😟

Don't sign, you are under no obligation to do so. In the letter they sent that you posted up they gave you the choice of signing the LOA or providing them with the claim result. I would email back reminding them of that and tell them that you are doing your upmost to do the latter. 

Do not allow them to bully you.

Update, received a letter from Canada Operations and a copy of a letter sent to me in 2016 which I don’t recall receiving stating complaint is Closed.
Will forward this to JPS Financial and hope this will now be an end to them pursuing me for payment.
