How did that happen, because at the outset of the initial parking charge, normally that is in the name of the registered keeper? Was it a case of a windscreen ticket being applied to the vehicle by a PPC patroller?Recifegirl said:

The car is registered in the name of my partner. At the time of this fine, she was using it a lot more than me - so she was the registered keeper from what I understand and the car insurance is in her name and was coming out of her bank account (obviously I was named on it)! The fine is to me. I was possibly driving that day - but it's a place we both have parked at so no one can be sure.
