Delay compo- Have I been paid correct amount

I recently claimed through my credit card under Section 75 for flight delay compensation that Etihad refused to pay out on. They considered it a breach under EU261/2004 legislation that is written in to UK law. But, I believe they have got the amount incorrect. They paid £260 per person but I believe that I am entitled to the full £520 per person. My flight on 01/09/21. EY22 Manchester to Abu Dhabi, so over 3500km) encountered a 4hr20 delayed departure but with a 3hr52 delayed arrival to final destination. The flight was not rerouted. I believe they have paid based on the 50% reduction for rerouting. In your opinion, do you believe I am entitled to the full amount as per Article 7 Right to Compensation?
