Be careful with your full wall of glass.  You need to be able to get it into the room through the door in the first instance, then be able to turn it to stand up.  You need to consider ceiling height vs length of room too!   It will be tight at the least, and probably needs to go in the room before the sink and toilet.

I have the exact same layout for my kids' shower room.  I'll take a pic.  Trying to remember if it's 2.4 or 2.7m long.  Definitely 1.7m wide though.

As a man who has been known to wet shave I have a personal dislike for basins under windows rather than in front of a wall with a mirror.
I actually used to do bathroom specification sales to housebuilders - when asked, none of them could explain why they did it ...

If you meant move the basin/vanity to the r/h wall it doesn't look like you would gain much/anything if your drawing is accurate. You could always cut it out of paper/mark it  to check.

As mentioned already what you can/can't do with the soil waste will dictate your options.
thanks we've got  lovely slab of wood that i'd love to have as the vanity top with an oval bowl sink and then a couple of matching shelves on the radiator wall but to cut it down to the same size as the sink that's there now it loses a lot of the character in the wood and would look pokey so i guess I'm desperately trying to figure out if there's a way to rearrange the bathroom to have a (close to) 70x34 cm sink surface and that's the only place I can think of putting it (sideways along the door with the wall but agree it's not the best option
Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Anne Lamott

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.

Okay, so picture.  Not for instagram as freshly used, but this is 1.7m wide

I am quite certain that this is 2.7m long.  The vanity is 1000mm wide and there is good room for easy cleaning everywhere.  Can you get a 700mm unit in a 2.2m space? 500mm is safe for you. 600mm?  Move the vanity towards the glass.  700mm? Possibly too much compromise.
