also i had switched off this isolator swicth just outside bathroom. Noticed it was always on for these days. Not sure if it makes any difference0

Your 820kWh in 35 days would cost you £244.50 at the Standard Variable Rate (price cap) effective from 1 April. Most suppliers are not accepting switching customers at their SVR, only at fixed rates somewhat higher. So unless you can persuade one to take you on the SVR, you are probably stuck with it, and just have to look at using your appliances as efficiently as possible.
