also i had switched off this isolator swicth just outside bathroom. Noticed it was always on for these days. Not sure if it makes any difference

The isolator switch will be for an extractor fan in the bathroom. I would leave it on.

    Hi,
what type of heater, photie, please?
We have the electric heater. I always ensure that it is switched off when not in use.

Heater looks like a panel heater not a storage heater, so unless you can change then you wont benefit from switching to E7 tariff.
The switch looks like it could be a shower Fan, Extractor Fan, check it and leave on if its the Fan.

And move to the EDF capped Standard Variable Rate SVR, you have to phone up to get on it. It will always be cheaper than a Green tarrif.

Your 820kWh in 35 days would cost you £244.50 at the Standard Variable Rate (price cap) effective from 1 April. Most suppliers are not accepting switching customers at their SVR, only at fixed rates somewhat higher. So unless you can persuade one to take you on the SVR, you are probably stuck with it, and just have to look at using your appliances as efficiently as possible.
