Eon new fixed rate

Same as previous members, Eon offered a new 1yr fixed rate but when I click on link it takes me to my account offering a different 2yr rate. On clicking "get a quote" I'm taken to a page which tells me to renew without showing any figures. That can't be right.0

If you contact them, twitter tends to be quickest way ask to change to Eon Next Online v11 effective from 1 April, as of now it is showing as a currently available tariff.

You need to click on the renew button to see the available tariffs. I like you was reluctant to press renew but it's just a badly phrased process. Both the 1 and 2 year fixes plus the capped tariff should show on the next page.

I have tried to go for the V11 fixed tariff, but it isn't being shown as available in my list... only the old V7 fixed tariff is there. Has it been withdrawn, or are they just picking on me?0

As already advised, if you've got the email offering the v11 online fix then give EON customer services a call & see if they will still honour that deal.Astria said:
