Cancelled flight

Hi I had my flight with last minute.com cancelled back in July,  I'm still waiting for my refund, I have made over 12 calls since September when I realised this refund just wasn't happening and I've sent email that are ignored , its the same response each time I call they take my details put me on hold for over 5mins, they then say we have conformation that you are going to receive your refund please be patient you will hear from us in a couple of days ,I reply with you have been saying this to me since September,  they say we were waiting for the airline to confirm refund, I say the airline did that in July as I have an email from Air france stating they refunded lastminute.com in July,  they then say yes we see that now so please be patient we will email you shortly .....and on it goes the sheer frustration of it all its terrible , what can I do how do I get my money back? I took out insurance with fulflex that gas not even been worth it as it bekings to last minute com !
