Oak Furnitureland - Is anyone actually getting their orders?

I did a quick search and couldn't see any recent posts on this issue but please feel free to merge/ re-direct if I've missed something. I ordered a mirror from OFL back in early January and despite receiving recent texts to say it would be delivered yesterday, I had another one on the day to say there are delays. I looked on the website and entered the order number and it hasn't even been processed yet... I've tried ringing costumer services and have not been able to get through and have even tried to get hold of them on Twitter. Out of curiosity I did a Google search and can see people are leaving large amounts of negative reviews on Trust Pilot (a lot of them recently) about delays (several months in some cases), no answers and non-existent customer services. I can't re-arrange delivery as the website doesn't allow you to do that and so my order seems to be stuck in limbo.

Has anyone else dealt with them recently or been able to contact the company/ resolve their issue?

Thanks in advance

If you want to you could cancel and ask your card company for a chargeback.

I had similar issues.. orders a TV unit in September and delivery dates would come and go. They were impossible to contact on the phone and have no public email... which is always a worry!

I did find an address.. and got a reply acknlowleding the email and offeirng to deal with it withing 2 weeks.

    customerrelations@oakfurnitureland.co.uk

In the end I found messaging on Feceache worked.. slowly.

I cancelled my order and took my money to better company.

It may come to this but unfortunately it seems to need to be able to speak to someone to actually cancel the order... Luckily I did place this order on my credit card.

Not at all - the CC are jointly liable for non-delivery and you can go straight to them for 'item not received' chargeback. No need to contact Oak.
