Can you not email it to them? (Both parties ... CCBC and Highview). And have you got the correct Claimant name? (Highview Parking Limited, HV Parking Ltd and Highview Parking Services all return as being part of Group Nexus, and none seem to show the address you've posted).
No Idea that's why I asked ...I had the DQ sent to me and I sent it back to Northampton CC and to Highview parking Limited to an address I thought was theirs.

You don't send anything to Highview though! They are using solicitors for a reason and the claim form tells you the address for all correspondence.

The first 12 steps in the updated Template Defence thread tell you to email this anyway.
I sent one copy to Northampton CC and another to Highview parking Ltd.
I didn't know that I had to send it to their solicitor as in sure I was advised not to send anything to dcbl or whoever wrote to me on their behalf.
Does it really matter if HV miss out on the DQ ?
What matters is that you get the process right.

The solicitors acting for the Claimant can complain bitterly to the Court if you fail to follow the process.

There is a box on your Claim Form labelled Address for sending documents and payments (if different).

If there is anything in that box, then that is the address where you send stuff for the other party.
Their solicitor has been hired by Highview to look after the matter.

Also, while we are being particular/pedantic, I hope you didn't send anything to Northampton County Court (or Northampton Cricket Club ;) ).
You are currently dealing with the County Court Business Centre, which also happens to be in Northampton.

I suggest you email the solicitors and CCBC a copy of your DQ now.

I believe that you are currently in breach of an Order. Posting anything relating to litigation to Highview was pointless.  As I said, they are using a solicitor for a reason.

If you used post, it also worries me that the CCBC copy wasn't received either as the building is enormous.  We never tell people to post a DQ to the CCBC and certainly not to the parking firm, who are not handling any court claims.

How do I post a copy to CCBC, where will I find an online form ?
I simply posted the form sent to me back to the business centre but will also do it online if I can.

CCBC email address is mentioned in lots of threads on this forum, and is in the instructions in the NEWBIES thread and/or Template Defence thread.

Thanks I'll also try and send an online version of the DQ form sent to CCBC.
Not sure why they send you a form if it gets lost so often, I did however get a receipt for sending it.
Also at what point do I start to prepare my WS ?
    Thanks again.

A court order will give you the date of your hearing and either a specific date (if earlier) or 'within 14 days of the hearing' for the submission of your Witness Statement.  Probably some months away yet, but no reason not to start now as your memory is fresher now than it might be later.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
