Well it was nearly 6 years ago, i can't even remember what I did last week nevermind some winters night back in 2016, someone may have borrowed my car like friends and family used too.I was thinking it could have been me at first but that was quickly ruled out when I realised I still had that particular vehicle.0

Then obviously list the documents you're sending! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I've done more or less that, just wanted to be sure .Believe me...everything is difficult when you have absolutely no idea what to put yet every aspect of what you put, state and send is under massive scrutiny. Thanks anyway !0

The template defence thread says what to put in the email, doesn't it?
You should not have denied driving, that was not a phrase to use.
I hope you didn't say 'was not the driver' which I clearly warned against. Huge difference between that and saying you can't recall, which is obviously fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So in the process of doing the DQ form and sending it off to relevant parties.
Do I send the form back to the court who issued it regardless of the new court to which I want the hearing to take place?
Also I have this address for HV parking LTD ;
Highview Parking Services
10 Flask Walk
London
NW3 1HE
Can someone confirm this is their current adress that all correspondence should be sent too because I'm sure I've also seen po box no addresses etc.
Thanks .0 -
Just seen that as of 20th May 2022 HV Parking seems to have changed their address to
May 2022 Registered office address changed from 10 Flask Walk London NW3 1HE England to Jack Straw's Castle 12 North End Way London NW3 7ES on 20 May 2022 0 -
Can you not email it to them? (Both parties ... CCBC and Highview). And have you got the correct Claimant name? (Highview Parking Limited, HV Parking Ltd and Highview Parking Services all return as being part of Group Nexus, and none seem to show the address you've posted).Jenni x0

You don't send anything to Highview though! They are using solicitors for a reason and the claim form tells you the address for all correspondence.
The first 12 steps in the updated Template Defence thread tell you to email this anyway.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I didn't know that I had to send it to their solicitor as im sure I was advised not to send anything to dcbl or whoever wrote to me on their behalf...maybe I got it wrong.
Does it really matter if HV miss out on the DQ ?0
