I should have recognised that that was in fact a quote from the TA6 form, which does form part of the contract, and I apologise if I misled anyone. Nevertheless, the requirement to exchange this month is really just an aspiration, and nothing can be done about it if that doesn’t happen.No41edwardianhouse said:

we are in the same situation. We have been told the preference of our seller is to find another property and complete at the same time however, they will go into rented rather than lose the sale 🤷🏼♂️No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
