Panic over nothing... mistakes can happen in even the largest companies and whilst there is a lot you can criticise Currys for (and I do often) my first hand experience of their warranty handling has always been slow but ultimately a good outcome.LozRen said:Hi all,
just to give an update. I have had a phone call back and they have issued a second voucher to bring the total up to the original Purchased price and added the cost of installing and recycling too.0 -
Well that's a pleasant surprise. So they haven't even tried to knock anything off for the two years "free" use you've had from the oven? I'd call that a very good result.LozRen said:Hi all,

My own personal experience of dealing with Currys has always been fine - including a change of mind refund on a TV bought in store. No problem at all. I think it sometimes depends on how people approach these issues.0
