Highview Parking Fine - County Court

I have received a notice from the County Court Business Centre, Northampton. It is dated 9th Feb 2022 for a Parking Charge Issued on 21/08/2019. The PCN was issued on private owned land (Buzz Bingo Brighton). I understand that the service date is 5 days from the Issue date (=14th Feb 2022) and some sort of representation needs to be made by 28/2/2022. What is the best way to proceed with this.
Many thanks,
Kerrie.

I am going to assume that you have received a County Court Claim Form with an Issue Date of 14th February. If you have received something different then please tell us what it is.With a Claim Issue Date of 9th February, you have until Monday 28th February to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 14th March 2022 to file your Defence. That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1 -
KeithP. Thanks for your reply. Sorry the Issue date was the 9th Feb. So I need to file the Acknowledgment of service ASAP - like tonight or first thing tomorrow. I will read the guidance that you have linked and acknowledge when I have done so. Thank you so much for your help. It is so gratefully appreciated.

Particulars of the claim are as follows:
1. The Defendant (D) is indebted to the Claimant (C) for a Parking Charge(s) issued to vehicle GY58 YHB at Buzz Bingo Brighton.
2. The PCN details are 21/8/2019, 2000010394185
3. The PCN(s) was issued on private land owned or managed by C. The vehicle was parked in breach of the Terms on Cs signs (The Contract), thus incurring the PCN(s).
4. The driver agreed to pay within 28 days but did not. D is liable as the driver or keeper. Despite requests, the PCN(s) is outstanding. The Contract entitles C to damages. AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS
1. £170 being the total of PCN(s) and damages.
2. Interest at a rate of 8% per annum pursuant to s.69 of the County Courts Act 1984 from the date hereof at a daily rate of £0.02 until judgment or sooner payment.
3. Costs and court fees.0 -

There was a Buzz Bingo defence on here a few weeks back. Search the forum for that thread, albeit you will be using the usual template defence anyway, as your base.
I will be updating the template defence at some point, and the NEWBIES thread, during March I hope. There is stuff to edit and adapt, in a good way, following the new Code of Practice announcement.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I think this might be it:

I have a question. I haven't got any paperwork relating to this claim from Highview Parking. Should I contact them and ask them for it?
