Hi all, looks like the Directions Questionnaire N180 form has been updated but the advice on the forum is still old can someone take a look? Section D has changed. Would be useful to myself and other members when they reach this stage.0

Yes, you are right. The form was updated on 1st June.
It looks like a new Section D has been inserted and the old Section D has now become Section E.
The new Section D consists of one question...
There is also a new question in Section E...2 -

As this is a Highview/DCB Legal case, you need to aware of this thread.
