Just curious
How many times, if any, did you view the house you were buying after your offer was accepted?

Once when we were fairly close to exchange. We wanted to measure up for a couple of things and I think it’s helpful to refresh your memory on somewhere but I don’t really think more than once would be necessary.1

1st house - none, but walked past it with my girlfriend once.
2nd house - once - again, walked past with my GF but were spotted by the vendor and invited in.

I'm a FTB. Had no intention of viewing before completion but a colleague advised viewing between exchange and completion.
Have to get drains looked at so was going to go in with the tradesman and measure a few things. Will make it more worth while for EA to drive out as property in the country.
