Best PAYG sim, not O2

Can anyone recommend the best PAYG sim that's not on the O2 network. I'm currently on Giffgaff but there's an issue with the local mast that's been ongoing for days and O2 don't seem to be in any rush to resolve it.

  • Got an Asda nearby? Their PAYG Sim (running on Vodafone) seems to have the lowest min topup (£5) and decent rates.

RWG have a completely free plan for low use.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,
Had the whole of their cash in his care.

EE is the best network, as EE offers the UK's widest and fastest 4G coverage. RWG uses them. If you're not an existing EE PAYG customer, they have a promotion where you can get a £10 Amazon.co.uk gift card within 7 days after you've paid for their PAYG. There's no contract. The lowest plan offers 5GB of data, 500 mins, and unlimited SMS. I removed the link, message me if you want it.

Your objectivity may be questioned by posting a referral link from which someone (you?) profits.
