I'm looking for a little advice as I'm tired of going around in circles.
We took out Vodaphone's service in October as our prefered provider doesn't cover our area. Had I known that the settings to set up parental controls were so complex I wouldn't have bothered! But we have a much more frustrating problem.
The connection consistantly drops out, especially in the disabled persons' annexe. we have two boosters and they're reluctant to send a third. We've asked them to install an aditional 'line' box in the extension as the boosters keep dropping the signal, and they need a landline interface. They tell us we need an electrician. The electrians tell us we need the phone company. Which is it? All we need to get is additional connection to the landline already in place for two vunerable people so they can a plug in a suitable phone. It shouldn't be this hard. Am I missing something?

Am I missing something?Installing a telephone extension to the annexe is a minor DIY job, it doesn't need any special skills. You can employ an electrician / builder / handyman if you orefer.By "the connection consistently drops out" you mean the wifi? There are various wifi extenders you can buy, or get a wired connection added at the same time as the telephone extension and plug in an access point in the annexe.Unless your Vodafone deal comes with the same sort of "wifii promise" that you get with some BT offers, none of this is likely to be anything to do with them.N.
