Booking.com regulators

I cancelled flights booked through booking.com and was offered a future British Airways travel voucher. I have been trying since 27th December to use the voucher but have been blocked by them for using it for various reasons, the last one saying I had used the voucher when I haven't. We have called over 60 times each time we are promised a call within 48 hours and they never call. We have paid £1800 to them and not had anything in return. I tried to make a claim through my credit card and was told to resolve it with booking.com. I am at my wits end. I feel I have been scammed. Does anyone know who regulates them as a non British agent? I can't believe this is allowed to happen.

Have you actually been provided with a future British Airways travel voucher? If you have can you not use it directly with BA rather than trying to use it with booking.com?If booking.com have provided you with the voucher that BA are offering it's not surprising that they won't or are unable to book flights with them by using a voucher issued by the airline.0
