Afternoon everyone - late one from me today
Commiserations to everyone with storm damage - I hope you all get sorted soon
It was wild here last night and early this morning but died down this afternoon. Supposed to be windy again to tomorrow though! I'm sure I'm not alone in being sick of the sound of wind blowing now.
My niece asked if I would have little great nephew for a couple of hours today - of course I will I said. Then DD rang to say little one has a chest injection so would I have her while she was working - so I ended up with with two children from lunchtime. They played really nicely together and had a picnic lunch on the living room floor. Then little one had a nap - poor little thing was coughing so much.
So I'm quite tired tonight! Don't actually know how I'm going to manage next week back at work - I think I might ask if I can do half days for the first week.
Very easy tea of cold chicken left from yesterday, chips and coleslaw...very nice it was too.
