  • We have had great holidays booked through cottages.com - ( you can also use Tesco club card points to get £99 off a booking ) so money saving too - you can read the reviews of previous guests at the property on their website.

Air bnb as a starting point.  I've read too many bad reports about cottages.com (part of Hoseasons) to use them.

If you have a healthy budget Rural Retreats are always excellent.

Hoseasons own a fair number of the online brand names. Bought the business and retained the website. Nothing more.

    They're now part of Sykes

It's getting very difficult to find independent cottage companies. Sykes have bought up lots in recent years
