New Sky mobile EU roaming charges

Customers can, however, get around this by using unused data from previous months that's automatically stored in their 'Piggybank'. In this scenario, the stored data can be used free of charge in the EU.
Citation needed please, I can't find any mention of this in Sky's updated terms. AFAICS if you go over your data quota you can pull data from your piggy bank just as you can at home but you still have to have paid your £2/day?

I called Sky mobile today 21 Feb and was told that that 'piggybank' data CANNOT be used free while roaming in EU countries after May 03 2022.0
