TUI made claim, acknowledged that I am entitled to compensation

Then I have not received the email with the correct form to make the bank transfer. The award was acknowledged on 6th February 2022. I have used DMs on twitter to contact and provide details as the TUI website doesn't offer any approach other than the claim form. Any ideas how I could expedite recieving the appropriate email so I can give bank transfer details and get my money back?

  • I’m waiting too, how long between them accepting to pay out until you got the email was it? I assumed ‘shortly’ would mean within a week. I’m waiting 8 days now.

    overduesum,I think you are giving this site too much credit for it's effectiveness in resolving issues.  There are only 30 minutes between your posts and nothing to identify you from the many other people who will be waiting for refunds.  It's called coincidence.
