Barclaycard Complaints - Resolver

Hello,
I have a minor gripe with Barclaycard (All about my Apple Pay), I have repeatedly tried to call them (Since I had no chat option) and I would hang up in the end after waiting for extended times. In total, I would say I have been on hold for touching 3 hours.
After being promised callbacks from the "Special Online Team" ... none of these have come through. Even once the chat option was available on the app the callbacks have not come..
I have tried to raise this with Resolver but it has been sitting for over a month now without BC even replying saying they have read the message.
Has anyone else had success with BC using Resolver? Does anyone know of an online way to make a complaint to BC other than writing to them? As you can imagine I am pretty sick of their call times to get to a human. (Even their automated service I find problematic and I promise this is not a user error).

Resolver is a terrible way to complain to a company, as it just adds another layer of delay and often a complete barrier.
If you're struggling on the phone with BC, try writing to them or go via social media.2 -
Best time to call is just before they 1st open. That way all staff are sat waiting for calls.Life in the slow lane0
