Can still be lifted/dragged onto a low loader even if everything has ceased up... did once watch a Mercedes G63 being taken out of a parking space and onto a low loader in the local train station car park as wasnt aware of the dollies they use to make it manoverable before lifting it. You can get laid up insurance which is Fire, Theft and AD only cover.. ie no third party risks... but that means the car has to be SORNed still0
