Lifetime ISA

I am looking to get a Lifetime ISA but when I go on RBS I’m not sure what it would be classed as; cash ISA or Fixed? Will it give me an option when I apply for lifetime or can I not find one because they don’t offer it?
TIA

RBS don't offer a Lifetime ISA.
For options, have a look at the Lifetime ISA guide:

I am looking to move out, but my partner is not yet ready. If I was to buy and she move in later down the line - can she use her LISA to purchase a percentage of the house?0

Yes, provided it's handled as a formally conveyanced sale and purchase transaction, as discussed in a similar recent thread (about HTB ISA but same principle applies to LISA):marknoblefan1 said:I am looking to move out, but my partner is not yet ready. If you dont need the LISA money until at least 5 years time (preferably 10), you should consider getting a Stocks & Shares LISA.Positivity11 said:I am looking to get a Lifetime ISA but when I go on RBS I’m not sure what it would be classed as; cash ISA or Fixed? That will generate a higher return than a Cash LISA (assuming it is sensibly invested) which will help you reach your financial goals, whether that be a first house purchase or for when you're 60+."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett
