Are PPC's evading paying VAT on collection costs resulting in lost £'000's to HMRC?

Excel’s accounts make interesting reading.
As we all know, PPC’s have to register with the ICO and pay a fee because they process personal data. Excel is showing as paying a Tier 1 fee which is for micro businesses with a maximum turnover of £632,000 or no more than 10 members of staff.
How did they convince the ICO that they are a micro business??

SRS is probably using one of his other companies with small revenue and no employees to process the data.
Bigger issue for this company and any other PPC's is scamming HMRC with tax evasion and as in other posts, any wrongdoing here can (and definitely should) be reported - with anonymity if you feel it is needed. Report them here:

HMRC do pay rewards for whistleblowing, they generally don't give a lot of publicity however & do not expect to get rich from it (certainly as much as Rishi) - their rewards are miniscule compared to the United States - certainly a lesson for HMRC if they want to get serious about chasing evasion. HMRC paid a reported £400k in 2020 - compare this to the US, where the IRS pays between 15% & 30% of tax collected and in 2020 paid an incredible $86,619,032.
