I've had a letter from the solicitors representing the car park company that explains that they do intend to proceed with the claim. Should I contact them to discuss a settlement? What sort of figure is usually put forward?
Thanks0 -
No. Thats the letter they send out after every defence submission to try and scare you into settling. Ignore it.3

I had my mediation call today. Unable to resolve matter. They offered to settle if I agreed to pay £270. I said no and then a
Second offer of £233 they said was the minimum which I also said no deal.
So guess I'll wait and see what's next. Mediation personal said probably 9-12 ?months before a date is set if it still goes to court.
Thanks1 -
