Problems with virgin media and blueyonder email

Hello - can anyone offer help advice with VM so many calls so little help.
I have been with them several years no changes to account a fortnight ago I encountered a problem with my blueyonder email which I have had for over 20yrs. Looking at the profile setting whilst it has the correct email address in part it also referenced another email account which was unconnected. They are telling me it’s being fixed but never call back I have lost all links on apps as they are linked to this email as all my other matters concert tickets, works, health links etc- getting nowhere with VM I spoke to ofcom and they advised to put in writing I feel they have stolen part of my identity and final straw came when a handler I was speaking to yesterday actually yawned down the phone at me - and proudly told me this is what she had done- any help??
