Deceased left £25,000
In a joint account with exwife. Bank have already transfered account to her.
Do I enter joint account £25,000 then enter 12,500 in box 9.1?
How much detail do they want? Or do thay just need to know that there was an account and the totals?
11.1
how much detail do you have to give
Deceased left 3 banks accounts...
Do I just add the accounts and show the total?
Or
Do I have to list 3 accounts and amount in each?
Surely I dont have to give account numbers etc!!!

Do not need IHT205 since January 2022. Instead, just fill in PA1P and its all you need. Send it with the original Will and any Codicil, Death certificate and that's it If you send the IHT 205 it will just delay matters and come back to you.I'm a retired IFA who specialised for many years in Inheritance Tax, Wills and Trusts. I cannot offer advice now, but my comments here and on Legal Beagles as Sam101 are just meant to be helpful. Do ask questions from the Members who are here to help.1
