No idea on POC but I do recall Ebay pre printed Tracked returns labels simply have some set weight at 1KG or the like IIRCManxman_in_exile said:The OP may have had it "confirmed" to them that the PO just enter a random weight for these pre-paid labels, but I'd like to see a witness statement actually saying that and referencing the procedural instruction that permits them to do so.
I can't imagine any circumstance at all where the PO would not use the actual weight rather than a weight they haven't even attempted to guess accurately.
So I could see it being like that given the POs famed IT processes0 -
Musicmagpie sent my phone back with the screen cracked, even though they cannot provide evidence it wasn't them, i can provide proof it was in perfect condition when i sent it to them, and cracked when returned to me. they keep denying everything even though i have all the photo proof, its driving me bonkers - just dont deal with them, they are liars and scammers. i'd like to see them accusing me of fraud - i would literally lose my career if they managed to but i know i'm in the right, will be taking this all the way, i'm so angry they are such liars and scammers1

I would start a new thread if I were you as a lot of posters may read the first page which dates back to Feb 2022 and give advice to someone who had a different problem to you (even though it's the same company).bewilderednurse said:Musicmagpie sent my phone back with the screen cracked, even though they cannot provide evidence it wasn't them, i can provide proof it was in perfect condition when i sent it to them, and cracked when returned to me. they keep denying everything even though i have all the photo proof, its driving me bonkers - just dont deal with them, they are liars and scammers. i'd like to see them accusing me of fraud - i would literally lose my career if they managed to but i know i'm in the right, will be taking this all the way, i'm so angry they are such liars and scammers

How can you prove it was undamaged when you sent it? You could have taken a photo of another phone of the same make and model and then sent a damaged one, in the hope of blaming them for the damage. I'm not saying that is what happened, but you can't prove it didn't, any more than Musicmagpie can prove they didn't cause the damage.
