You just can’t trust Virgin Media

Virgin media is the worst internet provider ever I have dealt with in terms of customer services


After succeeding in leaving them and setting a cut day for the service, I had to push the date a three days due to work commitments.


Chatting is useless and you have to call them and wait minimum 45 minutes for someone from outside the UK in far East Asia to answer you.


That guy confirmed to me the cut day adjustment, but guess what?! He lied. The internet was cut on the same original day, leaving us - with kids - with no internet for 3 days relying on our phones data packages.


If you will join VM be prepared for mid contract price increase despite a promise from agent not to apply the increase to your account, long waiting when calling customer service, conflicting advise from their agents, and zero reliability.

    So nothing's changed in the 15 years since I left them? - I'm impressed with their consistency.
