Cancelled home repair cover policy

Hi ive cancelled my direct debit and tried to email the provider Your Repair to inform them several times. You couldn’t cancel it online and there was no help or advice on how to do this so I cancelled the direct debit (twice as they still tried to take it out). I got an email today saying they would be passing my unpaid…

And did they acknowledge your request to cancel, and agree to it? If they didn't, then your cancellation wasn't implemented and you're still liable for the payments.

Unless you can negotiate something from them, you're on the hook for 12 monthly payments.

And cancelling the DD is not likely to have put them in the mood for negotiation.
