Probate flat

Hello, we have had a offer accepted at the end of January on a probate flat however, unable to apply for the mortgage because we are yet to receive the service / ground rent info. The estate agent have said the sellers are chasing our mortgage offer. Is this normal? Our conveyancer has confirmed he has requested this but…

I was fortunate that my late Mum's managing agent sent everything to me after showing a DC. Consequently, the Executors in this instance should be able to provide proof of invoices or push the MA along. Fingers crossed for you.

Apologies. Death Certificate. Although, we had already been in touch with the Management Co. when Mum was in hospital/care home and with garden maintenance issues.

The selling Executors 'should' have all the deceased paperwork.
