i googled this about servers Calculating Server Power Usage. For instance, one server can use between 500 to 1,200 watts per hour, according to Ehow.com. If the average use is 850 watts per hour, multiplied by 24 that equals 20,400 watts daily, or 20.4 kilowatts (kWh)./ So equivalent to 5-12 100 watt lightbulbs tbh i am impressed by your grocery spend we are about 300-400pm including takeaways. I think the energy forum will help and  at least on a domestic tariff rather than business you are able to fix prices.  I think also the debt forum will suggest splitting you domestic costs away from business by deducting your pay first with your business costs The sooner you go on debt/energy forum the better as compared to where we were you are in better position than we were and now we are debt free
On the Wattage that makes alot of sense given what we are seeing regarding the wattage,  none of the PC's are drawing that much but my husbands can clock 500+ watts although it seems to average around 300.  Mine is less top end only hitting 250 and my sons is somewhere between.

The Grocery spend is low, it's all we can afford right now, it would be difficult to sustain long term.  I can't say we are eating as we would want to be, but you can't spend it if you haven't got it.

Luckily we are naturally preppers with a big basement,  i have enough food in the freezers/basement to supplement the grocery's for 6 months or so if we are still in this position then, then we will just have to make do.

I would post your SOA on the debt free wannabe board, you may get more help with it there, because at a quick glance, you're 28k in debt besides your mortgage so you may be able to tackle that or they may have some pointers for you.
Is your buildings and contents insurance actually 70 ppm? Can you SORN one of the cars? Can you do without one of the cars? Is the car loan a HP agreement or was it a bank loan for a car?
I would seriously look into getting a lodger if you can, you can earn around 4k a year without paying tax from one, and it would alleviate some of your current financial difficulties but at the same time, it would cost you more in keeping their room warm...

Is the £500/month of "other" income your at-home son's contribution?
Further to everyone else's points, your bank loan will be paid off in 8 months (ie. before the winter and rising demand for heating) and then you'll have £290/month that you don't have now.

But on the other hand, if you use your stored food over years next 6 months or so, your food bill will go up AND you will have no preps if TSHTF. Maybe try not to use it all...

The rent a room allowance is £7,500 per household per annum.  The lower limit is if two people in the household both both take a lodger. HS223 Rent a Room Scheme (2021) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Really, the most effective way of improving your situation is going to be for your partner to take any sort of work, as if it's low paid, it will be tax free and NI contributions may be useful. Just avoid stuff like self employed delivery driving.

Throw all of that after expenses at the debt.

Some of it can be very lucrative depending on what part of the country you are in. But if you do deliveries for the likes of Amazon or Hermes, the pay is crap and the overheads can eat up any "profit" - Don't forget, vehicle insurance will have to be commercial, and the insurance companies dislike fast food deliveries.
