Plusnet - refusing MSE £75 reward card

I know this has been brought up before but not for a while and unsure how they were resolved. I signed up for plusnet last year via MSE link and after a lot of emails to and fro as well as calling support, they're denying me the £75 reward card and saying I should contact MSE.  Initially, they had confirmed I was due a rewards card and to wait 60 days to receive it before changing their mind and saying its nothing to do with them.  Very frustrating.  I doubt I'd gone with plusnet if it hadn't been for the reward as they aren't the cheapest broadband around.
Has anyone had any luck with this?  Many thanks in advance

    Sorry I didn't call you on the 10th I unfortunately was ill.
    If you still have not received the reward you will need to contact Money Saving expert directly. They should be able to resent the claim link to you.
