I would be more annoyed if it was 2 nearly new Neff ovens replaced by 2 clapped out rusted cheap ovens (and I think you'd have a better arguement).Is the £700 for new ovens and how old do you think the Neff ovens were? If they were 5 years old say, the seller could argue they did you a favour and I think the Judge would not be unsympathetic to them.The way it was gone about however was not nice.If their solicitor says no you can't serve papers there then push them to prove that.May you find your sister soon Helli.
