Unusual covenants

A friend has started working for the land registry and I was telling here about an unusual covenants thread I read on here. I want to send her the link, but I cannot find the thread, could a kind soul point me to it please?

Well glad to see someone is now working at the Land Registry with the current long delays.
However there are hundreds of old and new restrictions on properties.
Everything from No livestock inside the property to No outside fires.
What is more important is NEW covenants which cost owners money when they try to improve a property or alter use.
Don't get me started on developers who build shoddy housing and shut down to rise like a phoenix weeks later with None of the responsibility ! Cladding, Fire Safety, Poor build etc1
