To understand fully what is happening - and has happened so far - the OP needs to find out the answers to the questions I asked him in the third post on this thread 3 days ago.0 -
If they haven't responded giving the information that is in their power to give, then it is the company that is legally responsible. The speeding fine is dead in the water as it is way past the 6 month, and the police would need a nomination on the S172 that they would presumably have received if the company is the nominated party.
