New vodafone sim only deal not going well

Went for one of the MSE top pick sim only deals - Vodafone via mobiles.co.uk, 100GB / £16 pm.
Got the sim on Sunday and had to wait 48 hrs for sim to register/connect to the Voda network.
Problem is, when I created and logged into my account on Vodafone's website, my plan shows as 20GB / £21 pm.
Have left this with mobiles.co.uk to sort out - they said they should be able to sort it out within 3-5 days. If they dont get this addressed, I am looking to cancel the contract by the end of this week.
Anyone used or had any problems with mobiles.co.uk?

Used them for Vodafone 12mth contract, no problems at all. Had cash back by redemption deal, they always paid promptly after each claim.0

So they didnt sort out the problem, so I cancelled & sticking with my current provider...

Its the way Voda show the prices. For some reason they show the full non discounted price and standard minutes/data.
Been there and queried it myself, they only take the discounted rate (usually). They have been known to slip up though
or add something I requested to be removed at the start. 9 months later they start charging and customer support try and
tell me the 3 month free trial ended, contract started 9 months ago. Got a refund and a a couple of months free.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
