M&B Promotions - cancelled events and no money back

Hi all. Wickstead Park (Kettering) allowed M&B promotions to arrange several events at the venue for 2020. Many local people bought tickets for various events including Craig David and UB40 concerts. After they were postponed due to covid, many people tried to get money back as they couldn't make the new dates. The company have now gone into administration and have cancelled all the events. I personally have nearly £500 worth of tickets for 3 different events. Those who paid by credit card (and some bank accounts) have been able to get their money back. However, those of us who have paid by Paypal can not get our money back through chargeback because they claim the purchase was over 180 days ago. Can anyone give me any help as to what can be done about this? Thanks in advance.

Hi mate. Same boat. Try joining a FB set up online yesterday. It's under the Comedy in the Park Cancelled name. Many have managed to get refunds tho it hasn't been easy. We have been coordinating approaches.
