Has she complained to her MP?
I feel the MPs have their hands full at the minute but I guess she could do.
They are also busy with the new code of practice announced 2 days ago by Neil O'Brian MP !! Have you seen it ?

It's part of their job description to deal with these issues and problems that a constituent of theirs has , your daughter being a constituent , they cannot just ignore their own jobs they get paid for due to dead deejays or historical parties ! That's just sideshow
  • MPs are all over this subject right now!

It was in the news on Monday. You are wrong to dismiss the idea.  This is the perfect time.  MPs know about the new Code of Practice even if you didn't.

Get daughter's local MP to write a complaint to NCP and the BPA because they are not acting properly or professionally and must refund her any monies paid and add her car to the whitelist immediately.

I said yesterday, that I think the wheels are coming off at NCP and this is now the 4th thread we've had in 2022 where they are mucking things up, big time.  Firms who can't act professionally in the light of the new legislation and Statutory Code of Practice, will fail in the end.  They all need to sort their acts out this year.

We also had a memorable 5th thread in late 2021, where the Head of AOS, Sara Roberts at the BPA, had to step in to get someone else's daughter refunded from NCP for some spurious charging.

Your daughter (NOT YOU) must email a formal complaint to her MP and Sara Roberts:

    sara.r@britishparking.co.uk

She must do this now and her MP must help her get a refund and whitelisted car.  This is basic stuff for a professional parking firm.
Thank-you so much 😀. I will get her on it right away. Just one question is it our MP locally or the MP where she works in Central Manchester.

Send to her local MP but copy also to the work area MP as belts-n-braces (although they'll likely not do anything as she isn't a constituent of theirs).

That’s great! I have both MPs emails now. Many thanks Jenny x
