But once we had something, it was never gotten rid of, not if it could be repaired anyway, so the dishwasher lasted 20 years, the microwave 25, the washing machine 30 I think [ my father kept changing the brushes, replacing the door handle etc] He just got a new one in 2015...
And television is still in the living room in all it's cathode ray glory....Along with the VHS player....Trigger's broom! ::smileEnterprising man indeed.

Jackie O probably too late for this time but yes cookie dough will freeze well, I roll the dough up into ping pong ball size balls and freeze on a baking tray, once frozen you can bag them up while still frozen and pop them back in the freezer, then just get as many out as you want to cook. You can cook from frozen they come out lovely xxx9
