Pretty much all restrictions have already gone in England and the legislation underpinning this madness will be removed within 2 weeks. Why are we still enabling this daft mentality?
Apparently clothes companies suffer massive denial of receipt claims (heard this from a senior RM worker who deals at high level with large customers). Hence they were the first to jump on/request photo evidence of delivery with RM0
