Are Freesat Recorders Now Obsolete Due To All The Iplayer And Catch Up on the Internet?

Are Freesat recorders no longer needed. They seem to be not always available.

Lol, Neil49, that's us. When a new season of Vera is on ITV, we watch a half hour programme at the same time Vera starts, then watch the recording, and it usually finishes at the same time. Can't beat the Skip button when watching commercial TV.
