Sky Q Box on standby when not used...potential energy saving?

Trying to save some money on electric bill and wondered if anyone has calculated how much a Sky Q box uses when in standby mode?
I never used to turn it off because of the faff of the start up, (and missing recorded programmes ) - but am seriously thinking of doing it .
Does anyone have any thoughts or facts and figures on this?

it has auto turn off function in settings.0

It uses about 20w in active standby, where the WiFi is running and keeping all updated, in ECO standby it uses less than .5w.
So it uses half a kWh per day in active standby and a kWh every 83 days in Eco standby.0 -
Does the same apply to the mini boxes? 🤔 They have the same settings0
