Uber eats delivering to wrong address

I been having issues with an Uber delivery. Their web site doesn't work very well. They ignore my address sometimes and try to deliver the first part of my postcode or my postcode which on Uber's map is a particular address. This is where I believe my missing delivery wound up. They gave me the address of the delivery so I guess I could go round and ask for my property back as they don't refund. If you go to their web site and type in the first part of your postcode does the pointer point to the rough location of your home? That would explain why you keep receiving deliveries.
