    What is the latest you recommend to submit my witness statement? 

    And also in terms of discontinuance, maybe it's difficult to say but how late would they leave it if they were to discontinue this case? Could it be soon? Or more likely to be a few weeks before the court date?

    So that is 8 years after I received the 'Invoice' for parking on private property from UKPC and now they have finally discontinued their claim. 

    Would you be good enough to post up a redacted copy of the N279, then I can count your case in the DCB Legal Discontinuations thread, please? Well done on finally getting this sorted, a longtime monkey off your back. 👍
